Gold, Silber, Edelsteine!
Und das ist nicht übertrieben.
Wenn es um wirklich hochwertigen Haarschmuck geht, dann spielt Senza Limiti wirklich ganz vorn mit dabei. Das muss ich meinen Stammleserinnen vermutlich gar nicht mehr sagen, ihr seid sowieso schon alle angefixt.
Ich liebe die Goldschmiedewerkstatt aus München ja wirklich sehr, mein Lieblingshaarschmuck, die KPO, ist eines der klassischsten Modelle, die ihr von Gundula und Giuseppe Mazzega bekommen könnt.
Die Schmuckstücke sind alle in Handarbeit gefertigt, alles selbst designt, liebevoll verpackt, und wer wie ich schon mal (schon öfter) das Glück hatte mit den beiden vor Ort in Kontakt treten zu können, der wird bestätigen, wieviel Herzblut in diesen außergewöhnlichen Accessoires steckt: Gundula und Giuseppe sind immer bemüht das perfekt passende Stück für die jeweilige Trägerin zu finden. Frisuren werden gezeigt, Steckmöglichkeiten für den Schmuck erklärt.
Preislich bewegen wir uns für Echtschmuck in einem wirklich sehr freundlichen Segment, auch wenn man natürlich einmal schluckt, wenn man ansonsten Haarschmuck aus der Drogerie oder dem Accessoireladen in der Fußgängerzone gewöhnt ist, aber wer wollte das schon vegleichen?!

Seriously, when we talk about high quality hair jewellery Senza Limiti has to be mentioned. As a regular follower of this blog you already know that goldsmith and I guess you might also have fallen in love with their artwork. In a recent  post I just explained why Senza Limiti is my favourite brand - even before ficcare! - and that my most loved accessoire is one of their classic designs: the KPO. 
All accessoires are handmade, all own designs and the mailservice is real first class. If you are lucky and had the opportunity to meet Gundula and Giuseppe Mazzega in real life you will support my opinion: they are adorable! That is one big factor why the selling parties are such a fun event. They always give their best to find the perfect matching accessoire for every customer and they are really helpful when you are unsure about colours or how to fix that tricky little stickthing in your hair.
The prices are really, really fair, because as mentioned above, we talk about handmade high quality jewellery. For those who are used to the prices of claw clips from the drugstore or the accessoire shop in the city center, you might take a deep breath once. But seriously: all the hairtoys are worth that deep breath. And even more breaths. ;)

Mein erstes Stück war damals eine KPO, welche mit knapp über 30 Euro in die günstigere Kategorie fällt (bedenkt: Echtholz, versilbert, selbst geschmiedet und so doof das klingt: Murmel ist auch nicht gleich Murmel, wenn wir erst mal bei Glaskugeln bleiben und nicht gleich zu den Halbedelsteinen schauen).
Mir geht es nach nun bald 5 Jahren Züchterkarriere aber so, wie sehr vielen anderen auch, die so lange dem Langhaarthema treu geblieben sind: man verabschiedet sich nahezu vollständig von den altbekannten Billigspängchen und dekoriert die noch lieber gewonnene Haarpracht nur noch mit etwas, was zum Wert passt. Bei mir kommt dazu, dass ich mittelfristig auf eine Sammlung abziele, die überschaubar ist, aber ausnahmslos aus Lieblingsstücken besteht. Kein "Joah, ganz nett" mehr.
My first accessoire long ago was a KPO which is one of the "cheaper" models with around 30€. But don't forget: no plastic, gold and silver, really nice marbles (and not all marbles are created equal! Not to mention, that there are gemstones available too). For me it seems to be similar to many other longhairs who clinged to that topic for years: as the worth of our hair rises in our eyes, so does the worth of the accessoires. I don't feel like wearing plastic claw clips any more. Only for having a shower or paintign the new flat...

Also dann, genießt die Bilder, erfreut euch mit mir an der tollen Stimmung bei einem der größten (wenn nicht DEM größten!) Langhaartreffen bisher mit über 50 Teilnehmern. Das vollständige Gruppenfoto habe nicht ich gemacht (denn ich bin mit drauf), aber ich werde mal lieb fragen, ob ich es für den Blog bekommen kann. Heute habe ich ja hauptsächlich Stilleben für euch, Meschen (von ihrer Schokoladenseite ;) ) gibt es dann beim nächsten Post, den ich für übermorgen geplant habe.

NATÜRLICH habe auch ich auch wieder zugeschlagen. Zum Einen gab es eine KPO, die ich schon mal hatte, nur diesmal in einer für mich passenden Kürze.Zum anderen habe ich mir eine Klemmspange ausgesucht, vond er Art, wie ich sie im April in München schon mal probiert, aber nicht genommen hatte, weil ich sie mir noch mal durch den Kopf gehen lassen wollte. Nun habe ich sie also am Kopf, bzw. ein kleines Schwesterchen von ihr, noch filigraner und rosévergoldet.
Durch den Klemmmechanismus ist das ein Stück, das auch für alle mit wirklich dünnem Haar auch gut funktioniert, ebenso für Schöpfe, die (noch?) ziemlich kurz sind. Boblänge reicht hier völlig. Die Größe der Schnörkel ist dabei weniger wichtig, als der Abstand der Klemme zur Spange. Giuseppe musste mir mein Spängchen auch noch zweimal nachbiegen, bis sie wirklich gepasst hat, aber das geht gut bei diesen Modellen.
Tatsächlich hat mein Spängchen bei mir noch im Nachhinein akute Schnappatmung verursacht: denn ich kam nach Hause und es war fort! Panik!
Aber ganz ruhig, esist wieder aufgetaucht. Und bald ist es dann auch wieder bei mir.
And of course I bought something for myself too! I have a new KPO (the same model as I owned before, but which I gave away because it became too large - now in fitting - smaller!) and a new clip I already tryed on in April. It is really intricate and tiny, specially made for my thin hair and a little half-up. This accessoire is perfect for thin or shorter hair. You can even wear it with chinlength. For thin hair: it is more important how tight the clip is than how big or small the ornaments are.
At the moment the clip is not at my home, as for a day of panic I thought I lost it. But it was found - in Munich. It simply traveld back home with Senza Limiti. But soon it will be with me again. :)

Ich freue mich jetzt schon wieder auf ein nächstes Treffen - mit hoffentlich etwas mehr Zeit, um sich zu unterhalten. :) Gerade der Punkt ist bei so einer Masse an Leuten natürlich etwas schwierig. Leider.
It was a real wonderful day! I am already looking forward to the next cometogether. And hopefully I will have more time thaan to talk to the others. Of course this point is really difficult when you are at a meeting with over 50 other fellows.

Murmeln oder Halbedelsteinkugeln: Wenn ihr (noch) eher kleine Dutts habt, versucht erst mal eine Murmel. Die Steine sind etwas größer und an sich schon schwerer als das Glas. Wobei man mit einer KPO eigentlich fast alles zum Halten bekommt. Für Anfänger würde ich aber immer zu einer Glaskugel raten. Ich persönlich mag besonders die Silberfolienkugeln. Und natürölich die Kristalle.
Glass marbles oder gemstone marbles: if your hair is not (yet) that long, I would recommand a glass marble for the start. The stones are bigger and remarcably heavier, therefore a bit more diffcult to fix, especially in a smaller bun. But with a KPO you can fix almost anything. :) As a beginner, I would always start with a glass marble. Personally I love the silver foil marbles. And the crystals of course.
