Eigentlich sind wir wegen des Haarschmucks gekommen - uneigentlich aber noch viel mehr wegen der Menschen. So viele Langhaarverrückte auf einem Haufen (und dann eben noch dieser bezaubernde Schmuck!), das wird jedes Mal genutzt, um sich ein bisschen auszuleben: Frisuren machen oder bekommen, Haare schneiden, Stecktechnikern lernen, Gruppenbilder machen oder Farbzwillingsbilder oderVorbildbilder...
Heute also sehr viel Haar und nur wenig Schmuck, obwohl wir immer noch beim Senza-Limiti-Treffen von letzter Woche sind.
Of course we met for the hair jewellery. I mean... of course we met for all the fellows and friends! So many crazy longhairs at one place that had to be seized! So we made and got hairstyles, learned styling techniques, got and gave trimms and took tons of pics: group pics, comparing pics, haircolour twin pics, idol pics...
Today you see much hair but only few accessoires even though we are still on the Senza Limiti meeting from last weekend.

Wir mussten uns in einem großen Halbkreis aufstellen, um ein Panoramabild machen zu können.
We had to line up in a big half circle to take a panorama photo.

Und da sind wir dann alle. Beziehungsweise: gar nicht alle. Die meisten. Manche waren schon wieder fort oder noch gar nicht da. Und manch clevere Lady hat die Gunst der Stunde genutzt, um ganz ungestört in Senza Limitis Schätzen zu stöbern.
And here we are. And not everybody who joined the meeting is on the pic! Some were already home again, some were not there - and some smart ladies seized the time to look through Senzsa Limiti's treasures completely unstressed.
Mensch (nrsss) hatte sich ein Vierergruppenbild gewünscht. Ich glaube, wir hatten schon mal eins in der Konstellation gemacht. Und so über ein Jahr später ist das dann ein toller Vergleich. Und wie ihr seht: Da wird immer schön drapiert, bevor ausgelöst wird. Wobei das Licht an dem Tag auch extra ungändig war. Da muss ich meinen Frizz in Schutz nehmen, er war vollkommen wehrlos angesichts dieses trüben Himmels.
Mensch (nrsss) asked for a special group pic. We took a photo in this constellation before, I guess it was around one year ago... That's always fun to see how growth and cuts change the look after such a long time. And as you see: we almost always have some little helpers to drape the manes before we take the final picture. But the dull light on that day made shiny hair almost impossible. My frizz was absolutely helpless! ;)
Okay, dann sind wir doch zu fünft. Das Viererbild gab es aber auch.
Notiz für mich: keine Objektivdeckel und Haarstäbe in den Gesäßtaschen deponieren. Zumindest nicht, wenn Längenbilder gemacht werden.
Okay, well, here we are five not four. But the four-mane-pic is existent too.
Note for me: the back pockets of my jeans are no place neither for my lens cap nor for a hairstick. At least not, when we take length pics.

Schwupps! Da war das Tageslicht auch schon weg.
Nessa (haarttraumfrisuren.de) habt ihr vermutlich auf den Bildern schon entdeckt. Natürlich war ihr Talent wieder sehr gefragt. Hier seht ihr, wie sie celestina einen Siebenerzopf flechtet. Was ihr nicht seht, ist der Kreis aus staunendem Publikum drum herum.

Nessa was there for a visit too and of course her talents were needed. On the pics above you see her braiding a seven stranded braid with celestina's hair. What you don't see is the big audience standing behind her, fascinated. :)
Und fertig! Und auch die Meisterin macht ab und an mal Fehler. Sie war ja fast schon untröstlich. ;) Ich denke, ihr seht das so wie ich: Fehler hin oder her, der Zopf beweist ziemlich gut, dass die Frau es drauf hat!
And done! And even the braiding master is not always flawless. But I think you will see it as I do: one mistake or not, this braid definitely shows, that she masters her profession!
Zum Vergleich eine "kleiner Fingerübung": ein Fünferzopf mit Menschs superglattem Seidenhaar. Perfekt wie immer.
To compare with: a "simple" five stranded braid with Mensch's super slippery silky hair. Perfect as always.
Und ich habe mir auch eine Frisur wünschen dürfen.

Nessa hat sich dann für den Ladderbraid (Leiterzopf) entschieden. Sehr gute Wahl, oder?
And I made a whish for a hairstyle too: "Something that already worked once on Lady Amalthea's hair!" Nessa decided to go for the ladder braid. Well chosen, I say.
Und ich hab Nessa dann noch einen dicken fetten Pfannekuchen gegönnt. ;) Ich bin ja ein großer Freund von breit gezogenen Zöpfen. Vor allem bei dünnem Haar kann man mit dieser pancake braid Technik richtig was rausholen. Ich war neugierig, was da wohl für ein Zopf bei herumkommen würde, wenn man einen sowieso schon sehr dicken Zopf noch mal in die Breite zieht. Nun, eine Python. Aber ich glaube fast, da wäre noch mehr gegangen.
And I gave a fat pancake to Nessa. ;) I am a big friend of the pancake braid technique as it makes every braid even bigger. Especially for thin hair, this technique is very helpful. But I was courious: how will a braid look, when you pancake it, when it is already normally braided a fat braid? Well, the result is a python. But I just think, that the pancake could have been even larger.
Das war's für heute. Aber ihr wisst ja sowieso, was noch fehlt: die Bilder von meinen neuen Schmuckstücken! Aber da werdet ihr nicht lange warten müssen, das habe ich für die nächsten Tage geplant.
