Flexi sizes & Giveaway

EDIT 30.11.2015: Rebekah und ich haben das Gewinnspiel noch mal vergrößert - einfach weil ihr SOOO viel Feedback gegeben habt. Wie ich euch ja schon vor zwei Wochen gezeigt habe, haben meine Haare im letzten Jahr ordentlich an Länge und Volumen zugelegt. Was für mich neben der allgemeinen Freude darüber auch bedeutet, dass mein Haarschmuck nun anders sitzt.
Bei Stäben und Forken dauert es vor allem bei dennoch eher dünnem Haar sehr lange, bis eine neue Größe erreicht wird, bei Spangen und Clips merkt man das allerdings bedeutend früher.
As I already showed you two weeks ago, my hair made significant progress in length an volume over the last year. Which leads to two things: happiness of course and a change in matching hairtoy sizes. With forks and sticks it takes a long time to grow out a certain size when your own hair is in the medium to thin range of volume, but when it comes to clips you make progress much faster.



Heute zeige ich euch, wie ich in meinem Haar alle Größen der Flexi Clips unterbringen kann - oder auch eben nicht. Je nach Clip-Größe bedarf es einfach einer anderen Frisur. Oder kleinen (oder größeren) Hilfsmitteln.
Today I show you, how I can work with all the different flexi clip sizes with my hair (or maybe not?) just by chosing the right hairstyles - or maybe a little (or bigger) helper.

Mini / XXS
Dekoflexi mit der ich gern Half-ups bzw. Tiebacks mache. Ich nehme nur sehr wenig Haar von den Seiten auf und zusätzlich noch mal welches direkt am Hinterkopf, unter der Spange, dann bleibt sie besser an Ort und Stelle.
Decoration for tiebacks. I take very few hair just from the front sies of my head and add in some extra hair at the back of my head right underneath the clip. Like this the clip is less slippery than working with only hair from the sides.


XS
Ebenfalls für Half-ups oder Tiebacks, aber besser mit schon etwas geflochtenem. Nur glatt zurück genommenes Haar rutscht hier leicht raus. Ein Hairpaddy hilft da, indem es die Größe verkleinert und zusätzlich das Rutschen verringert.
XS passt bei meinem Zopfumfang ebenfalls ohne Hairpaddy für einen Pferdeschwanz. Schöne Größe immer noch für Dutts als Deko.
Also for tiebacks but better for braided versions,. Working just with my hair pulled straight back the clip slips out easily. A hairpaddy can help here to shrink the size and minimize the slippering. XS is also matching for a low ponytail (ponytailcirumference of XXcm there) without hairpaddy.



S
Mit Hairpaddy gehen immer noch Half-ups, aber da sind wir dann wirklich bald bei der Hälfte des Haares und nur noch mit Hairpaddy. Mit Hairpaddy passt es auch gut für meinen tiefen Pferdeschwanz. Geht auch ohne, rutscht dann aber. Erste Größe, die mit Dutt passt.
With hairpaddy I can still create nice tiebacks with with size, but I should really call them half-ups now. Also with hairpaddy I can bundly my hair to a ponytail in the nape. It also works without paddy, but than it is slippery, you guessed it.First size which is fitting in a bun.



M
Geht noch mit Hairpaddy grad so als Flechtzopfbasis aber nur an welligen Haartagen. Klappt bei mir hervorragend für eine Logroll, genauso aber auch für einen strammen LWB.
With hairpaddy I can just use it for the low ponytail, but only on wavy hair days. Besides that this is the perfect match for a logroll as well as for a tightly wrapped LWB.



L
Beste Größe für einen normalen bis lockeren LWB. Stramme Dutts hält diese Größe bei mir noch nicht, das sackt dann ab. Sehr gut passend für Centerhelds, allerdings nur geflochten oder geduttet. Nicht im Cinnamon, der rutscht oder braucht Verstärkung durch diverse Pins.
This is the best size for a normal to loosely wrapped LWB. Tightly wrapped buns are still too small for this larger clip, they drop down quickly after doing them. L is a good match for braided of ropebraided centerheld buns, but not for a centerheld cinnamon which needs extra pins or screws to be secure.



XL
Oh ja, ich kriege XL bei mir zum Halten! An sehr welligen, um nicht zu sagen krausen Tagen hält damit ein LWB. Und zwar auch über Stunden mit nur minimalem Absacken. Ansonsten ist das für mich eine Größe, die ich nur mit Paranda oder Extensions im Dutt trage.
Oh yes, I can secure a bun with this size!  On wavy if no to say kinky (frizzy...) hair days I can make a nice LWB with this clip. And it stays in place for hours with only minimum dropping. But to be honest, this is in 95% of my hairdays a size which only fits with paranda or extensions in my bun.



Mega  / XXL
Okay, hier gebe ich mich geschlagen. Diese Größe funktioniert für meine 90cm-Feenhaare nicht,nur gerade so mit Extensions. Der Sprung von XL zu Mega ist außerdem sehr groß. Diese Größe ist wirklich etwas für außergewöhnlich langes Haar, das dabei dick oder zumindest mitteldick sein sollte. Meine liebe Nickike trägt mit ihren 9-10cm Zopfumfsang und klassischer Länge mit normalem Taper XXL im Dutt. Nessa kann mit XXL dutten. Keine Frage also, weshalb ich nicht. :)
Okay, I am conquered. This size is way too big for my 90cm fairyhair, only when I try to pimp them up with extensions. This size is meant for extraordinary long hair which has medium to thick volume. My dear Nickike wears this size in her buns made of her classic length hair with 9-10cm ponytailcircumferenve with normal taper. Nessa can bun her rapunzelmane with this size. So no question why I don't. :)
